Attention all members
We are holding three separate meeting about UPDATING the Club By-Laws.
The meetings will be held at 6:30 pm, Thursday, January 23rd; Friday January 31; and Saturday February 8th. The Place will be at Rocky and Shirley Metts’ home. This is to allow the use of multiple viewing monitors at the same time and the simultaneous updates to a single file. You may attend one or all these meeting. We will then have an Executive Board meeting at 6:00 pm on Thursday February 20th the regular Club meeting date, followed by the regular meeting and a display of the proposed updated By-Laws. There will be time for comments and discussion. If more meetings are needed we will set times at the meeting.
Then at the March meeting members will vote on the new By-Laws.
Call me if you need more information.
